Overview
Newlyweds Corie and Paul Bratter navigate the ups and downs of city life in their cramped sixth-floor Greenwich Village apartment. Corie, a lively free spirit, seeks to shake up her husband, an uptight lawyer, while also trying to find a companion for her lonely mother, Ethel. She arranges a double date with their quirky neighbor, Victor, but the evening spirals into chaos, leading to unexpected tensions. As misunderstandings mount, Corie and Paul must confront the precarious state of their marriage and decide if love is enough to weather the storms of their new life together.
