Love, Courage and the Battle of Bushy Run

Overview

Set in 1763, following Britain's victory in the Seven Years War, tensions rise as Native American tribes, fearing British retaliation, prepare for conflict. Ottawa Chief Pontiac rallies various nations to preemptively strike, leading to a fierce confrontation aimed at Fort Pitt. Both sides resort to unorthodox and brutal tactics. Colonel Henry Bouquet, commanding a diverse force of British soldiers, Scottish Highlanders, and American volunteers, faces the daunting task of rescuing the besieged civilians within the fort. The lesser-known Battle of Bushy Run unfolds, ultimately influencing the trajectory of history in significant ways.
