Overview

Bilge is a young woman convinced that marriage holds the key to true happiness. She eagerly dreams of the day she'll become a bride, longing to trade places with Şükran, who is soon to be married. Yet Şükran, the object of Bilge's envy, finds no fulfillment in her situation and is constantly tormented by what she lacks. Meanwhile, Aylin—whom both Bilge and Şükran see as having the ideal marriage and family—struggles with a problem entirely unlike their own.
