When Amy was just six, she was ripped away from everything she knew and dropped into a system defined by chaos, cruelty, and neglect. At seventeen, her world shattered once more when her mother was killed. Overwhelmed by grief and adrift, Amy escaped to Nashville's streets, where survival soon led to exploitation and crack addiction.
