A Bruddah's Mind

Overview

Saulo, president of the student council, endures racist slurs in class. After fighting back, he's summoned to the principal's office—but he won't accept punishment alone when the actual aggressor faces no consequences. Drawing inspiration from the Black Panthers, he occupies the school, demanding justice. Using his phone, he documents the building's crumbling conditions. Little by little, students, faculty, administrators, and even politicians are pulled into the escalating dispute, which soon draws media attention.
