Overview

Anatoly Novoseltsev, a timid widower and clumsy office clerk at a Moscow statistics agency, yearns for a promotion. Persuaded by his coworkers, he agrees to charm his notoriously frosty boss, Ludmila Kalugina—dubbed "Meany" behind her back. With Olya and Yura’s meddling guidance, Anatoly stumbles through a series of awkward attempts to soften her.
