Overview

Tormented by old wounds, Hathaway Noa finds himself pulled toward Gigi Andalucia, a mysterious girl whose uncanny abilities awaken buried memories in him. Though her enigmatic words leave him unsettled, he presses on with Mafty's plan—the strike on the Adelaide Conference. Across the divide, Kenneth Sleg of the Earth Federation Forces readies both a defensive operation for the conference and a scheme to crush Mafty, while Handley Yoxon of the Criminal Police Organization comes to him with a covert proposition.
