Overview

At just 30, climber Tom Ballard vanished while tackling the treacherous Nanga Parbat in the Himalayas in February 2019. He was the son of renowned mountaineer Alison Hargreaves, who tragically lost her life on K2 in 1995. Both mother and son, exceptional climbers, met their fates at nearly the same age on adjacent peaks, pursuing their passion.
