Martin S03E16 - Ain't Nuttin' Goin' on But the Rent

Episode Overview

Martin is furious when his landlord, Mr. Lopez, raises his rent by 5%. In retaliation, Martin decides not to pay, prompting Mr. Lopez to issue an eviction notice and shut off the heat during a brutal snowstorm. As Martin and his friends endure the harsh conditions, he tries to negotiate with Mr. Lopez but stumbles upon the landlord in a compromising position with another tenant's wife. Seizing the opportunity, Martin tells Mr. Lopez he’ll remain silent about the incident if the rent gets lowered and the heat is restored.
