In a daring maneuver, Jack, aided by his deputy Nina, manages to escape and follows a lead from a key card to a specific location. Upon arrival, he confronts an armed assailant who suggests that Kimberly's abduction is linked to a larger scheme. Meanwhile, two young men hand Kimberly over to a mysterious figure named Ira Gaines.
