Episode Overview

Upon their return to Dodge, Chester and Matt encounter Holly Hawtree, who is frantic about her father’s severe illness due to gangrene. The only chance to save him lies in amputating his leg. Matt steps in to carry out the procedure, but the infection has progressed too extensively, resulting in the old man's death. Later, Matt uncovers that Mr. Hawtree's injury was not an accident as believed, but rather a deliberate act by Ben Walling, who has intentions toward Holly.
