Cow and Chicken's routine is disrupted by the arrival of Cow's mischievous twin cousin, Sow, an eight-teated pig. After her chaotic first day at school, Sow shifts the blame for the mayhem onto Cow. Determined to restore order, Cow takes it upon herself to confront Sow's antics and put an end to her troublesome behavior.
