Rugrats S09E08 - Baby Power

Episode Overview

The Rugrats decide to sprinkle Dil with "Baby Power" (baby powder) to give him the strength to win against Spiffy in a Tug-Of-War match. However, soon after, an earthquake hits the city, and the tots start to worry that Dil has accumulated too much "Baby Power." They set out to figure out how to return him to his usual self. Meanwhile, the earthquake presents Stu with a chance to test out new earthquake safety helmets on the Rugrats, the latest innovation from Pickles Industries, "the first name in disaster."
