Episode Overview

Title: The Tactician's Gambit Plot: Teaming up with Motoyasu, the Oda forces launch an offensive to reclaim Mino from Yoshitatsu. Yet, their plans are continually disrupted by Hanbō Takenaka, a secretive Onmyōji strategist. Dōsan informs Yoshiharu, Mitsuhide, Goemon, and Inuchiyo of Hanbō's location, urging them to persuade her to join the Oda side. Upon arrival at her home, they find Nagamasa also trying to sway her, hoping to leverage her allegiance to win Nobuna’s hand. A man impersonating Hanbō sets a test for them, but it’s a trick; the real Hanbō is a timid girl who despises violence.
