Episode Overview
A man is struck by a vehicle outside Danny's bar in a hit-and-run incident. The driver, believed to be Robbi Parker, is a friend of Quincy's girlfriend, Jenny. Concerned about potential repercussions from a new California law that could lead to his bar's closure for serving Robbi while intoxicated, Danny seeks Quincy's assistance.
