Ben is disheartened to discover that two of his lifelong friends have found themselves on opposing sides of the law after nearly three decades. Charlie Shepard, who once shared a mining claim with Ben, is now in grave danger from Jess Waddell, who has become a relentless bounty hunter. Jess is determined to eliminate Charlie, refusing to be swayed by anyone’s attempts to intervene or change his mind.
