Ancient Aliens S12E14 - A Spaceship Made of Stone
S12E14 A Spaceship Made of Stone
Episode Overview
Located in Honshu, Japan, the Ishi-no-Hoden megalith is one of the nation's oldest and most sacred Shinto shrines. This massive structure, hewn from a single rock and weighing around 500 tons, seemingly floats above a tranquil pool of water. Japanese folklore suggests it symbolizes a stone skyship witnessed by ancient peoples descending from the heavens. Ishi-no-Hoden is part of a larger collection of megaliths across Japan, which commemorate a period when deities—or possibly alien visitors—came to Earth. Ancient texts detail peculiar crafts seen in the skies, while satellite images from Mars showcase keyhole-shaped formations resembling Japan's ancient tombs. Could these connections hint at extraterrestrial origins for Japan and offer insights into a deeper relationship between humanity and its cosmic history?
