Jingle writer Machin arrives at the hotel, carrying the weight of his previous suicide attempt during his last visit, which heightens the atmosphere. To ensure his safety, Rebecca assigns Charlie the responsibility of looking after him. Meanwhile, the hotel’s concierge, Tony, makes a blunder when he misidentifies a female guest as an escort. In the midst of this chaos, the staff come together to throw a grand celebration for a former employee’s golden wedding anniversary.
