Officers John Nolan and Lucy Chen are on a mission to retrieve a stolen police helicopter from a teenage thief, but first, they must complete three challenges. At the same time, Detective Nyla Harper and Officer Aaron Thorsen are tasked with providing security for a convicted cop killer who has been hospitalized after a prison riot.
