Following the shocking murder of Joe Sweek, who was killed by a hooded figure swinging from a rope in a nearby warehouse, the Green Hornet decides to make an unexpected trip to meet with racketeer leader Alex Colony. He intends to suggest a collaboration in Colony's "accident" scheme.
