Homer takes on the alter ego of the "Pie Man," a masked hero who serves up justice with a pie to the face for wrongdoers. His antics catch the attention of Mr. Burns, who, rather than being angered, hires Homer as his personal enforcer. However, things take a turn when Homer receives a shocking assignment: to target the Dalai Lama.
