Episode Overview
Title: Insanity Claus Plot: On the night before Christmas, Bob, a rookie air traffic controller, loses his composure when Antonio snatches the last jelly donut intended for Helen. In a fit of rage, Bob brandishes a gun and takes Antonio hostage. Things take a turn for the worse when it's discovered that Antonio's new girlfriend is actually Bob's wife. Joe steps in and manages to convince Bob to relinquish his weapon, but the rest of the group isn't particularly grateful for the unconventional approach he took to resolve the crisis.
