Marissa, the Social Chair, struggles to organize this year's carnival because of a pesky obstacle in the form of Taylor. Meanwhile, Sandy is taken aback to learn that Kirsten has been discharged from rehab. However, rather than reach out to him, she’s been living with Charlotte, a woman she befriended during her stay.
