Episode Overview

A group of ten determined women set out to enhance their physical and mental strength, joining forces with ten top-tier male trainers from across the nation at the "Strong" compound. Together, they tackle intense strength and conditioning challenges. Following an exhausting first week, two teams compete in the Elimination Tower, a challenging four-story obstacle course that decides which teams will continue and which will be sent home. Ultimately, the contestant who is eliminated reveals an astonishing transformation that highlights their journey.
