In the not-so-distant future, an alien spacecraft is found circling the moon. Following the advice of his chief advisor, Prince, the President of the United States reaches out in secrecy to the alien commander, a peculiar figure named "Stanley H. Tweedle." Regrettably, the initial communication doesn’t go as planned.
