"It's a delicate balance between heaven and this place," Bubbles muses. As the arraignment kicks off for those arrested in the raid, Greggs and McNulty work to persuade Hardcase to become an informant. Meanwhile, Barksdale puts a hit out on his rival, Omar. In a different part of the city, McNulty takes Bubbles on an outing to explore some culture, while Herc and Carver focus their efforts on locating Bodie.
