Episode Overview
Dr. Doofenshmirtz and Major Monogram are eager to showcase the top 10 musical performances from Seasons 2 and 3. However, they discover that celebrity host Kelly Osbourne has been chosen to take the spotlight. Determined not to be overshadowed, Doofenshmirtz resolves to sabotage Kelly's efforts, prompting Perry the Platypus to step in and prevent his arch-nemesis from derailing the entire event. Maia Mitchell, known for her role in "Teen Beach Movie," makes a special guest appearance as well.
