Episode Overview

After returning to the snowy chaos of New York City from their trip to warm Florida, Hilton and Ruth agree to sell their home and relocate permanently to the sunshine state. As they plan to purchase a condo, both start to feel nostalgic about leaving behind their cherished memories in their current house, yet they keep their feelings to themselves, not wanting to let the other down. At the same time, Griffin seizes the opportunity to buy the house next door, using the savings he’s accumulated over the years.
