After Gilligan takes a tumble from a coconut tree, he ends up with a swollen nose and a bruised sense of self-worth. Eager to fix his appearance, he asks the Professor to do a nose job. Instead of actual surgery, the Professor cleverly pretends to operate while using the time behind the bandages to let the swelling subside. When the moment finally comes to unveil the results, Gilligan surprises everyone by declaring he's perfectly content with his original nose!
