Absolutely Fabulous S02E02 - Death

Episode Overview

After the passing of Edina's father, Saffron is taken aback by her mother's lack of sorrow. In a moment of reflection on mortality, Edina splurges on pricey artwork, intending to leave it behind after her own death. Marshall arrives with his new girlfriend, Sondra, a grief counselor who becomes alarmed at the plan to hold the wake in Edina's living room. Despite Saffron's wishes to keep her away, Edina attends the funeral with Patsy in tow. At the cemetery, Edina drunkenly stumbles into her father's grave, while Patsy accidentally falls into a nearby open grave, leaving both struggling for help.
