Believing Jane is the frontrunner, Ken feels hopeless until Lorna devises a plan to tilt the odds in his favor. Meanwhile, Dale is relishing life in Lichfield and his romance with Rachel, contemplating taking their relationship to the next level. With Sid now in nursery, Dale must consider his career options, while Rachel, who still lives with Lorna and Ken, grapples with her demanding boss Nina and a growing desire for adventure.
