Mindy takes it upon herself to help Jaime with his issue of finding a best friend by setting up a double date for Lucy and Danny on Valentine's Day. To her surprise, Lucy and Danny connect instantly, causing chemistry to ignite and overshadowing Mindy and Jaime's own evening. Meanwhile, as Jeremy heads out for a steamy Valentine’s rendezvous, he stops to give Morgan a hand with his flirting techniques.
