Episode Overview
Vinnie brings in Roger Lococco to take charge of the case before retreating to a rundown hotel in Seattle. Meanwhile, Frank is more focused on finding Vinnie than pursuing Volchek. Paul insists that Frank keep working the case and suggests another agent, but Frank declines the offer. Roger steps up as the new sheriff. In the meantime, Dan relocates to Seattle to help Frank and search for Vinnie.
