Episode Overview

As Khadijah gets ready to accept an award for her contributions at Flavor, the group reminisces about the early days when Flavor was merely a vision. Max recalls her time living with Khadijah and Regine, which was tumultuous until their clashes nearly turned violent. They also discuss Regine's relationship with Kyle and his iconic Afro. The arrival of Synclaire from Minnesota, along with her towering troll doll, Crispus Attucks, is a highlight, especially when she first meets Overton, who humorously predicts she’ll be the mother of his children. Synclaire is surprised to learn she almost got kicked out before her accident with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar led to Flavor’s first cover story. Despite troubles with a budget limo and a malfunctioning subway, they arrive at the ceremony just in time for Khadijah to accept her award and express gratitude to her friends.
