The KND heads to the beach for a getaway, but Numbuh 1 can't stand it and leaves right away. Meanwhile, Numbuh 3 is swiftly abducted by the armored Knights of the Round Towel and taken to see King Sandy, a pint-sized ruler who instantly develops feelings for her. Worried about their friend, Numbuhs 4, 2, and 5 confront the beach-loving brat inside his massive sandcastle, but they soon find themselves outmatched. Will the KND manage to defeat this little despot before the tide comes in?
