In an effort to stand up for her boyfriend, Jennifer confronts the class bully, but inadvertently embarrasses Adam by questioning his manhood. Meanwhile, Alex feels crushed when Mallory outperforms him on an IQ test. Seeking to make amends, Jennifer approaches Adam, only to find that the boys are teasing him, leaving him unwilling to talk to her.
