Reno is on the verge of apprehending a brutal murderer when he crosses paths with a determined teenage girl, who is seeking revenge for her father, an FBI agent, whom the killer has slain. Although Reno is hesitant, he teams up with her, but her impulsive nature puts their entire investigation at risk.
