Emma, Ben's playful daughter, arrives in Mt. Thomas dressed as a fairy and ready to sprinkle some magic dust in hopes of finding her father a new wife. She believes Maggie would be the perfect match. Meanwhile, the Mt. Thomas police station buzzes with the chaos of balancing work and parenting without a babysitter. As Emma concocts her plans and little Josh expands his collection of inappropriate words, Maddy remains quiet and troubled. Jack faces his own challenges after a routine inspection sidelines a truck driver, leaving him desperate for $20,000 to repair the vehicle. Just as things seem bleak, two stolen tractors emerge, seemingly solving Jack's problem, but complications arise when the truck driver becomes a hit-and-run victim, revealing a tangled mess that the Heelers must untangle.
