Hank steps in to rescue Karen from a humiliating situation involving a drunken Richard. To protect Richard’s reputation, Hank pretends to be in a relationship with a stripper named Holly, who becomes interested in Tyler and ends up upsetting his girlfriend, Becca. At the same time, nanny Lizzie is let go after an awkward moment with Stu. She reaches out to Charlie, and their romance begins to blossom, but soon Marcy pleads for Lizzie to come back.
