Dennis finds himself torn between trusting his instincts and following Jeffrey's guidance while treating a patient who speaks no English. Meanwhile, Aaron is frustrated when Alan gives Camille tips regarding their property settlement. After Billy suggests amputation for a patient with a gangrenous leg, Diane proposes using maggots as a less invasive option, but the patient struggles to get past the "ick" factor of her idea. In a charity boxing match, Phillip severely injures his opponent, and Aaron and Camille finalize their divorce by signing the necessary papers.
