In November 2001, a prosperous farmer from Virginia, who was the descendant of the DuPont estate, passed away peacefully in his sleep, leading investigators to believe it was a heart attack. However, an autopsy uncovered a shocking revelation: his system was filled with high levels of narcotics. Suspicions arise around his wife, a hospice nurse, as questions emerge about whether she may have played a role in his untimely death.
