Unbeknownst to Carol, who has always kept her daughter Charlie away from the Upper East Side, Charlie has secretly traveled to New York to connect with Serena and the rest of the family. Meanwhile, Blair experiences a revelation about her future and wrestles with the identity of her true partner.
