Episode Overview
Title: Scalping (2) Plot: Creegan comes to the unsettling conclusion that Laney might be the true culprit behind the murders and decides to monitor him closely. However, when Laney evades capture, Creegan questions a café owner, who soon turns up dead, her throat slit. Meanwhile, Laney abducts Taylor and retreats to a remote shack in the woods. When Creegan and Rivers respond to the hostage crisis, Rivers, burdened by guilt from his previous inaction, impulsively intervenes and shoots Laney, ending the standoff.
