Episode Overview
Magician Anthony Blake visits the library to borrow a book on magic, but chaos ensues when a valuable Machiavelli manuscript goes missing. Although the thieves are apprehended, the manuscript remains lost. Meanwhile, the librarian takes a day off to go boating with her boyfriend, who reveals he has the stolen manuscript. Suddenly, she finds herself weighted down and sinking to the ocean's depths. Luckily, Blake is scuba diving nearby and comes to her rescue. After tracking down her boyfriend, Blake discovers he has been murdered and the manuscript is gone again. After being wrongfully jailed and managing to escape, he uncovers a hidden message in the manuscript that leads him to buried treasure at an old winery. When he arrives, he realizes the criminals are waiting for him, forcing Blake to employ all his skills to evade them.
