Guy's on a mission to find food that's done right. In Narragansett, Rhode Island, he stops at a summer shack where clam cakes are fried in beef fat and the strawberry shortcake is made from scratch. Over in St. Louis, a neighborhood joint smokes up cheesefries and serves incredible duck. Then it's off to East Boston, where a family-run Mexican spot dishes out chilaquiles just like mom used to make.
