Episode Overview

In 1993, serial murderer Joel Rifkin was apprehended after claiming the lives of 17 women across New York. Nearly three decades later, a television producer, having interviewed Rifkin for a documentary, decides to exploit his connection with the infamous killer to unearth clues that could help identify two of his unidentified victims. Armed with new leads, the New York State Police reopen the investigation, embarking on a two-year quest to bring justice to Victims Six and Nine.
