Peter's dad, a dedicated scientist, becomes so engrossed in his research on a frozen caveman that he completely overlooks his son's birthday. When the caveman thaws out and comes back to life, Peter forms a friendship with him. Together, they decide to visit an amusement park, but the caveman struggles to adjust to the modern world and its technology, leading to some humorous challenges along the way.
