Episode Overview

Attorney Ted Black and his partner Stuart Lane are on the brink of merging with a firm led by Ted's former partner. Meanwhile, associates Rick and Erica compete for roles in the new organization. However, when complications arise during the merger process, Ted, who has a deep disdain for the position, finds himself having to take on a role he previously rejected as a former prosecutor.
