Saved by the Bell: The New Class S03E01 - Welcome to Bayside

Episode Overview

Three new students from rival Valley High arrive at Bayside: R.J. "Hollywood" Collins, the head cheerleader Maria Lopez, and Ryan Parker, infamous for stealing Bayside's mascot the previous year. The original Bayside crew isn't thrilled about their arrival. Ryan schemes to win Lindsay's affection, promote Maria to head cheerleader, and have R.J. host the Welcome Back dance. Their animosity escalates, prompting Mr. Belding to separate them in the gym and require them to wear identification badges. However, by the end of the night, former foes find themselves dancing together. Meanwhile, Tommy D. contemplates how to rekindle his romance with Lindsay.
