Just when Samantha thinks her magical life is back to normal, CHARLIE LEACH makes a reappearance! True to his word from episode 65, he threatens to reveal Samantha and Endora’s secrets. In a twist, he kidnaps a feline that is actually Toni Devlin, a client Darrin is scheduled to meet for a business lunch. Leach proposes an outrageous exchange: Toni, now a cat, for a million dollars. However, Toni cunningly gives him a "money tree" that produces cash, leading to Leach's transformation into a mouse! Sam must then locate Endora to restore Toni to her human form.
